Thai Cooking Class

Discover the vibrant heart of Thai flavor in this hands-on cooking class focused on Nam Jim, Thailand’s iconic dipping sauces and a few staples that can be made at home. You will leave this class having a better understanding of Thai flavor-building, tips on sourcing and substituting ingredients, simple techniques like “cracking” coconut milk, and dietary restriction alternatives for every recipe.
